Shipping Procedures

 

Goods will be shipped:
in the case of payment C.O.D. (Cash-on-Delivery), within 10 working days for orders received by 12 noon (Rome time),
In the case of payment by credit card or bank transfer, within 10 working days of verifying that the amount has been credited.

 

ITALY - € 9.00
All shipments within Italy are made using the Poste Italiane Paccocelere3 service.
Delivery to the customer’s address is within 3 working days plus order acceptance day, weekends and national holidays excluded, with the exception of 33 small locations indicated on the www.poste.it website.
Two attempts to deliver the package are made. Should the addressee be absent on both occasions, the parcel can be collected from the local post office where it will be held free of charge for 8 working days, Saturdays included.

When the goods are delivered by the courier, the customer must check:
- That the number of parcels is as stated on the carrier’s letter
- That packaging is intact and unharmed.
Should the consignment be damaged or not correspond to the number of parcels indicated or to other indications, this must be brought to the courier’s attention immediately at the time of delivery by writing the words "ACCEPTED UNDER PROTEST" on the accompanying document. This must then be notified within eight days:

OUTSIDE ITALY - USA: € 20.00 - Other countries from € 9.00 to € 35.00
All shipments outside Italy are made using the Poste Italiane Raccomandata Internazionale service.
Worldwide, delivery to the customer’s address (in main locations) is within 7 working days plus order acceptance day (unless customs formalities cause a delay), weekends and national holidays excluded.
