All the jigsaw puzzles on sale are intended for users aged over 14.

Using the virtual shopping cart you can visit the site and select all the items that interest you. Each page contains product profiles and the ADD option: by clicking on the icon you can gradually add to your cart and check the amount to be paid, in real time. Name, code, price, desired quantity and subtotal for the item chosen will come up in this window. You can update or delete items you have chosen. By clicking on QUANTITY you can order more than one of the same item. Click on UPDATE to update the subtotal. From the same window you can continue SHOPPING or proceed to the CHECKOUT.
You can cancel your order within two days of placing it.  Simply send an email message to: info@elisaspuzzles.com
As subject of the message write "ORDER CANCELLATION" and in the message state the order number, product code and name and surname of the person who placed the order.

You need to register when making your first purchase, at the time of proceeding to the checkout. All fields marked with ‘*’ are mandatory.

Right of withdrawal may be exercised by sending a written notification, within the set withdrawal period, to the geographical address of the supplier’s HQ, by registered letter with advice of delivery. Notification may also be sent, within the same period, by telegram, telex or fax provided it is confirmed within the following 48 hours in a registered letter with advice of delivery.
Pursuant to art. 5 of decree law 185 of 22/05/1999, a customer who is a consumer (i.e. an individual who purchases goods for uses unrelated to a business activity, or indicates no VAT number in the order form submitted to Elisa’s puzzles) is entitled to withdraw from the purchase contract without paying any penalty.
You may exercise your right of withdrawal by sending a written notification, within 10 working days, in a registered letter with advice of delivery, to:

Notification may also be sent to us by telegram, within the same period, provided it is confirmed within the following 48 hours in a registered letter with advice of delivery.
Upon receiving this notification, Customer Service at Elisa’s puzzles will promptly send the customer instructions about how to return the item. All the customer need pay, in this case, is the cost of returning the goods to Elisa’s puzzles. Goods must be returned in their entirety and in their original packaging, and have suffered no damage at all. When the item reaches our warehouse, it will be inspected; should there be evidence of damage or tampering, the customer will not be able to withdraw from the contract. Clearly this last condition does not apply to faulty products. In this case a replacement product will be sent or, if none is available, a refund made. Simply tell us about the problem in an email addressed to: info@elisaspuzzles.com, so we can come to an agreement. In the event of a refund, after deducting any costs incurred to rectify ascertained damage to the goods, Elisa’s puzzles will reimburse the entire amount previously paid, within 14 working days of the date when the goods were shipped back. To obtain the refund, the customer must promptly provide Elisa’s puzzles with personal bank account details (ABI/CAB [sort code] and a/c no. of the person the invoice was made out to).
